• Coordinated a team of 8 scientist in the Plasma Quality/Deviation department to ensure conformity of the supply chain of biotherapy products according to public authority and cGMP requirements. • Managed all internal and external plasma deviation investigations and quality requests of CSL Behring as quality management expert. • Ensured the interface between CSL Behring and all raw material suppliers.

• Coordinated a team of 8 scientists for a € 2.5 M European Research Council (ERC) grant project to develop an artificial cartilage-mimicking system. Conducted lab assessments, identified interdependencies among team, and realigned team research goals to ensure grant objective is achieved. • Developed an innovative synthesis strategy for a cartilage-like model using polymer hydrogels through Atom-Transfer Radical Polymerization (ATRP).

• Created multiple new research project collaborations with scientists in Italy, Poland, Greece and Turkey which led to eight publications in high-ranking journals and presentation of scientific results at international conferences with audiences > 500 scientists and engineers. • Supervised, guided and developed six Bachelor and Master students and three apprentices in scientific projects on synthesis, polymerization and characterization techniques. Executed proposals for funding of student projects.

• Developed and streamlined a new synthesis methodology for OLED technology. • Drafted and edited applications for two successful patents on the synthesis approach and the fabricated materials used for electronic applications, listed among inventors on one of the patents.

Assisted with group > 20 children ages 3-6 years in their early childhood development, maintained a positive relationship with pupils and parents and worked with class teacher to encourage students to participate in activities.
