 Responsible for coordinating activities related to site operations and supervision of the Owners Association and managing relationships with the OA Board, Owners, Service Providers, Contractors and all other entities who directly or indirectly contribute to the management and operations of the OA., including operations and maintenance of the properties.  Understand the geographic-restrictions of different authorities in UAE & Dubai in relation to properties and other authorities.

• managing the defects liability period and snagging department for Saadiyat Beach Villas and Saadiyat Beach Residences - Abu Dhabi • monitoring contractors, subcontractors and consultants to attend all snags and defects in Saadiyat Beach Villas and Residences before and during the defects liability period • managing pre-handover snagging and initial site inspections process • post-defects liability period management

• Coordinating the management of the defects liability period and snagging for the Golden Mile 1 & 2 and Fairmont Residences developments – Palm Jumeirah Island in Dubai; • Dealing with contractors and consultants to attend all snags and defects in the above-mentioned projects before and during the defects liability period; • Managing pre-handover snagging and initial site inspections process;
