I have implemented the project in 150 different kindergartens in Ankara and Istanbul in 30 minute sessions with groups of 5 to 50 children and at 400 institutions mostly primary schools in about 50 cities around Turkey in 60 minute sessions with groups of 100 to 2000 children from 2004 to now. Mostly governors of towns, municipalities, schools, NGOs, Shopping centers sponsor my shows and for the last 2 years and about 130.000 children participated

to support institutional capacity of EUSG during the pre-implementation period for timely and effective launching of the grant scheme programme with all components, - to increase the awareness and publicity of the grant scheme programme, - to raise the local capacity on EU grant projects. Analysing the results of existing communication efforts in terms of effectiveness and efficiency, identification of the most effective commnunication channells.Developing and implementing an effective reform communication strategy based on the analyses. Organising awareness raising events and conferences. Developing publicity and information materials. Identifying and making recommendations for the provision of new equipment and upgrading needed for school improvement.

Technical Assistance to Turkish Employment Organisation for 2006 Programming Exercise Project. analyse the results of the activities conducted in the pilot İŞKUR offices under the 2002 Active Labour Market Strategy Programme project, to review main achievements and lessons of the grant scheme financed under the 2002 EC programme, to conduct detailed analysis of the needs and expectations of stakeholders in the cities where the IB component will be implemented,

The overall objective of this five-year project is to assist the Turkish Government, through the Ministry of National Education, in the process of modernisation and adaptation of the VET system to the socio-economic needs of the country and to the principles of life-long learning. As a regional manager I was the key person to the regional commitment and ownership of the reform programme in the region and its success and sustainability.

Worked as long term management consultant in the Labor Assistance Group in the LRP component of World Bank Privatization Social Support Project. My team is responsible for ongoing monitoring of the delivery of labor redeployment services being administered by ISKUR for job counseling, retraining, temporary community employment services. I worked as responsible for supervising about 100 contracted projects, 6 Million USD budget for 20 provinces

Project aim was to create a internet portal and a cdrom set to help thousand of students who are preparing themselves to the national university entrance exams. We worked as a central organizing and controlling team that coordinates outsourced components such as web design, writing the software, creating promotional materials, creating databases, editing the documents, creating the core content, video production, marketing, production of the cdroms and etc.

I have participated to primary school courses to help teachers on IT integration. I have developed 900 pages and 300 pictures school website. I have organized professional development courses with teachers on IT literacy and developed IT projects with groups students and teachers. I developed school technology plan, given lectures on IT integration to groups of new teachers for 12 weeks
