With the low utilization of wood in this sector, 71% of utilization in the last month, there was a reduction of the staff and due to my knowledge in the sector I was asked to make a project to increase the use. Through the tools of Lean Manufacturing, the A3 group and teamwork, we have achieved an exceptional result of 77% of timber utilization. We have personally gained recognition even from the business owner.

Aiming at the best use of raw material from the Frame and Paint sectors, we have prepared a material, under the guidance of our supervisor, with knowledge about the importance of the product to increase employee engagement. We also prepare practical examples of recovery to increase one's ability. We reduced the product from 3% to 1.5%.

Production Analyst

I was trained at the Factory in the city of Quedas do Iguaçu - Paraná (Brazil) to run a Crosscut Production line leading 12 employees in each of the 3 shifts with a monthly production of about 4000 m³ of wood. I did the programming of the machine in order to work with maximum optimization of the wood using the software of the Italian company Microtec and the machine of the Denmark Company System TM. The Total Yield was approximately 73%. The Yield of wood in the sector was increased to 77%.
