Glass-mould manufacturing processes were learned. Quality control measurements were made for raw materials to determine their inner structures and for work-in-process items to sustain the quality throughout the manufacturing system.

Work was done for Supply Chain Management System, and in the Spare Parts Shop the boxes of the spare parts were organized to maintain the most effective usage. Moreover, the Toyota Production System and its related components (e.g. KANBAN card system, pull-type manufacturing, KAIZEN philosophy) were learned.

Production planning in the Glass Fiber Winding Department: production scheduling is made for the different bushings according to the different glass fiber types ordered.

KAIZEN projects were made, improvement ideas were developed for the workstations in the Body Shop from an ergonomic point of view and new systems are designed to improve work safety in the Body Shop.

Worked as a camp leader for GSM at the voluntary youth camp in Gemlik, Bursa. 16 volunteers from 8 different countries participated to the camp to do voluntary work such as organizing activities for the disabled children and cleaning the beaches and the parks in Gemlik.
