• Design and development of plastic parts for engine and battery cooling systems - from concept to serial production. • Providing innovative engineering solutions for big customers such as BMW, Daimler, Ford, Peugeout, Renault. • Ensuring the industrial feasibility of the products. • Working in conjunction with FEA Engineer to create a robust design. • Managing design team located in Czech Republic.(If necessary.) • Corrugated pipe design.

• 3D & 2D Design of engine cooling hoses , and plastic pipes by taking customer's standards and specifications into account ( including GD&T and BOM table) • Plastic connector design. • Following design rules, tests. (PVT, burst etc. ). • Total Value Management, preparing design change requests to reduce cost of existing products. • Weekly meetings with customer to follow up the status of the projects.
