My current tasks are: - Booking procedures and customer service in daily operation - Planning from project cargo in direct contact with customers and port authorities - Implementing new standard operation procedures to minimize double handlings and risks of mistakes - Clearance of vessels in port and Kiel Canal

I was responsible for the Far East trade (especially Japan) in the Car Carrier Group. My tasks were: - Coordination of all European Agents - Budget planning - Profit/Loss reports and optimization for the trade - Adjustments of vessels size or schedule in line with relevant demand & supply in daily operations - Planning and implementation of countermeasures to ensure compliance with contracts and budget, e.g. schedule adjustments or Space Charter (In/Out) - Management of Capacity and Utilization

I've worked in different departments for the Container and Car Carrier Group: - Documentation department (Container) - Customer Service (Container & Car Carrier) - Import department (Container) - Equipment department (Container) - Vessel operations (Car Carrier) - Trader operations (Car Carrier) - Sales department (Container)
