Project lead for a cross-functional, multi-modality business development project designed to deepen customer and market understanding while identifying and prioritising new and existing business growth levers. Moderation of weekly senior management team meetings and oversight of business segment reporting.

Developed and implemented “Value Proposition Design” – an iterative, customer centric market research methodology for product definition. Managed successful realisation for a global CT product platform, leading ideation, qualitative customer shaping and quantitative prioritisation of a holistic set of value propositions on time for product development milestone. Business wide innovation field promotor for “New Business Models”.

Liaison between Chinese and German management teams. Supported business development through speaker roles at key customer events and as organiser of customer advisory boards.

Thesis: Computer assisted calculation of segmental ejection fraction in 64-row multislice cardiac computed tomography : retrospective method validation and analysis of pathologies
