Lead Technical Solution Manager on large and complex Outsourcing engagements across Europe & ME/A. Certified as Senior Consulting Technical Solution Manager.

On assignment to the Global Delivery Center in Bangalore, India. Responsible for New Business from Europe and for establishing a technical solution capability to support outsourcing engagements across Europe.

Leadership role supporting all large engagements in the region. Giving guidance to engagement teams on solution strategy and technical value proposition. Coaching and mentoring of the teams. Developing training plans and career developments for TSM across this very diversified region.

Leading the solution team of large national and multi-national outsourcing engagements. Successfully closing deals of more than 1 Billion USD in value. Deals did involve all aspects of outsourcing including near-shoring, off-shoring, complex HR-transfers, Join Ventures, etc.

Various roles as IT specialist and IT architect within the Delivery Unit of IBM. Experience working in a data center and on multiple technologies and towers like server and end user support. Design and implementation experience of complex e-business hosting and e-commerce solutions. Supporting outsourcing engagements as architect.
