• responsible for the management of portfolio of Prologis properties (Prologis Industrial Park – 108.000 sqm, rentable area); • to supervise and direct the management and operation of the park on behalf of the owner; • internal reporting - Yardi Property Management Database; • the technical management of the park ; • the tenancy management; • the ancillary accounting management of the park; • to keep a continuous connection with local authorities; • completing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.

• to manage the property management team of the company; • to supervise and direct the management and operation of the properties on behalf of the owner (office building - 26.000 sqm rentable area); • to supervise the technical management carried out directly by contractors or the own staff; • the tenancy management; • the ancillary accounting management of the buildings; • to keep a continuous connection with local authorities; • to prepare the annual budget and periodically reports for owner.

• management of entire administrative and facility activity of the company (solving efficiently and on time the proper conditions to carry on the activities); • to search and find new larger location for existing branches and to find office spaces for the new set up branches; • travelling around the country, negotiating contract of terms and dealing with drafting the lease contracts; • coordinating the branches administrators and responsibility for the entire administrative activity in 23 branches.

• management of entire activity of the company; • contracts negotiation; • monitoring and resolution of customer claims; • managing the relationship with suppliers, accounting firm, lawyers.

• supervision and co-ordination of activity of the Commercial Department comprising more than 700 people, spread on 45 metro stations; • co-ordination with the other heads of departments for elaborating and implementation of all common policies of the company; • in charge of planning and financial analysis of sales by type of magnetic cards; • co-ordination of supplies and investments within the Department; • monitoring and resolution of customer claims.

Technical support within Telecommunication Department as electromechanic, technician and engineer.
