As part of the team, my knowledge of industry tools, processes and methodologies were leveraged within the call centre and deposits business units to reduce processing times, while improving customer satisfaction.

Was promoted from analyst to project manager of a team formulated to manage third-party HR websites managed on behalf of Hewitt’s clients. Championed innovative solutions to reduce cycle times to make changes to websites, including site upgrades.

Assisted the Technology manager to manage the organizations’ computing infrastructure and consumer facing web sites.
