Functional p2p consultant at Ahold Delhaize company. Performs testing of fixes and solutions implemented to address performance issues. Performs intake, analysis, design, build, test and deployment of enhancement requests. Logs and manages enhancement and service requests with SAP ECC 6.0.

Starting 2017 upgraded to be stand alone support for CRH plants. In parallel with that was part of migration project (G2) within Adient where more than 2500 CRH connections were moved from BIS5 environment to BIS6 and GXS. During that period support was provided in BIS5, BIS6 environment and on GXS. Migration project was finished at the end of June 2017 after which support was provided till the October 2017 in BIS6 environment only.

Starting 2016 moving to a new position within Adient Company – EDI support for CRH plants. Once a separate company with its own SAP and EDI system (Seeburger 5) it has 7 plants around the globe (US, ME, RO, HU, TU, GE - two plants). Support included: 1. New customer/supplier setups (SAP setup, Seeburger 5) 2. Resolving EDI connectivity issues 3. Resolving all SAP related issues in regards to MM, SD and FI modules 4. Daily support of the plants for all EDI related issues both in Seeburger and in SAP

- Team lead in Johnson Controls project for EDI systems. Received signatures for implementing more than 200 EDI connections. - Daily communication with suppliers - Day to day operations support (problem solver / issue resolution) - Mentoring and leading suppliers though EDI implementation process - Experience in SeeBurger BIS v5.6.2, 6.3.5, BISMT v6.3.4, VL- Trader v4.5 - Knowledge of EDIFACT, VDA and ODETTE, ANSI X12 standards - Knowledge in communication protocols like AS2, FTP, OFTP1 and ISDN
