Leader in the implementation of the Ingemax IT solution and structuring of functional areas of the company such as Procurement and Logistics, and Operations.

Sector: Hotels and institutional development Responsible for the management from formulation to the liquidation of the Rio Parque Macro project based on scope, cost and time requirements, fulfilling economic indicators (IRR, Profits).

Responsible of Project Management with all the projects in development of the company from the formulation to the liquidation, accompanying the macro-processes of management, commercial, production, legal, administrative, accounting, acquisitions, procedures, technical and post-production. Responsible for the P&L of the company's projects. Leader in the implementation of the company's Project Management Area and consolidation of the company's customer service system.

Responsible from the General Management of the development of the real estate projects assigned in the financial, legal, administrative, technical and planning areas based on the scope, time and cost established by the interested parties in order to meet and achieve the fulfillment of economic goals and expectations of investors and stakeholders of the projects. Responsible for the P&L of projects assigned for presentation of financial performance to the Board of Directors.

Responsible from the Project Management for the development of the real estate projects VIS and No VIS assigned in the administrative, financial, legal and planning areas based on the scope, time and cost established by the interested parties in order to comply and achieve compliance with the economic goals and expectations of investors and stakeholders of the projects.

Support to the Project Manager in the administrative and financial procedures for the development of the company's ongoing real estate projects. Administrator of the databases of the properties offered, as well as the monitoring of the status of the offers.

Coordinator of the Logistics area in Bogotá Regional related to the supply chain of the Infrastructure, Industry, Commerce, Institutional, Housing projects and the subsidiaries of the business group. As a result of my management, I was assigned to supervise the warehouses in international projects.
