• Responsible for all financial reporting needs and internal controlling of the business across UK, Germany and Portugal • Build up financial models for headcount and operational planning, revenue targets, pricing, which supports 50% EBITDA margin improvement in 6 months • Lead financial planning and cost center budgeting processes in collaboration with management and all business units • Lead key initiatives in business valuation, M&A and financing

• Lead project from conceptualisation to final delivery of monthly Management Report that consolidates key operational and financial metrics. • Update and provide recommendations to improve business plan model based on actual financial performance analysis. • Liaise with respective departments to analyze operational cost development and drive initiatives of cost optimization. • Develop and manage team across key functions: FP&A, Management Reporting, Investor Reporting, Cost Controlling

• Set up and manage Finance department, team and processes: controlling, accounting, billing, planning and budgets • Develop strong operations for Finance department that has supported successful series B (8M Eur) funding round • Improve Accounts Receivable turnover by 30% after 1 year with optimized processes and labor. • Set up strong linkage between finance and BI to improve financial reporting (including KPIs dashboard) and operations. 80% reports are available daily with close to real-time updates.

• Manage Finance department: - Accounts Receivable - Accounts Payable - Accounting & Financial Reporting - Control, Budget & Planning - Investor Relations & Financing • As a Member of Board of Management, take part in defining long-term business plan and formulating strategic initiatives

• Establish accounting, controlling and budgeting processes for the company to manage revenue, cost, and profit margin effectively and ensure sustainable growth • Lead team to execute financial operations efficiently: manage daily invoices & bills, manage daily incoming and outgoing payment transactions, and create weekly & monthly financial reports

• Led team across all functions and geographies (France, Germany, Canada, US) in the segment: operations, strategy, sales, HR & finance to produce segment's Quarterly Business Report • Developed short-term and long-term strategies for the telecommunications sub-segment and create value propositions that are aligned with the customers’ trends

• Managed project implementation progress across different modules: procurement, production, logistics, sales, and finance for an SAP Finance & Logistics project • Structured and improved benefits, claims, learning and development business processes for the client company with 18000 employees for an SAP Human Resources project
