• Office management / Administration for the Unit • Liaison with other officials within the Mission on issues or topics as delegated; • Organisation of official meetings, programs for individual visitors and delegations, • Interpreting and translation services as needed

• Translation of official documents, brochures and materials from English to Albanian and vice-versa; • Assistance to the Members of the assigned Unit/Office • Schedule and inquiries management, general office administrati on and ensuring smooth running of the Unit

• Interpreter in regular briefings and meetings for the Minister as well as Heads of Departments and Divisions; • Language Assistance to the Infrastructure Head of Division Officer in any educational issues; Translation of documents (regulations, guidelines, instructions, etc.) from English into Albanian and vice-versa; • Simultaneous and Consecutive Interpreting services in the official meetings and seminars, for Working Groups, as well as during field visits throughout Kosovo;
