The main responsibilities were related to providing the highest quality service: starting with welcoming guests, serving them during their stay, ensuring high customer care and professional service. Professional and friendly cooperation with all departments of a hotel (Spa, Food and beverage department, HR department...), insuring guests establish credit upon check-in, handles difficult situations effectively, offering membership in Radisson Rewards Program to all guests upon arrival.

I've worked as a teacher in high school in Croatia. That was an replacement for couple of months but in that short period I have learned how to teach even I didn't have any formal education for teaching. It was really great experience for me, I became more confident and independent.

During my internship for future hotel manager I worked as a Guest relation officer in F&B department for couple of months, than in HR department as a HR agent .

Main duties : -Posting into the books for international payments, both domestic and foreign -Solving the claims of clients for their outflow payments -Cooperation with colleagues in Erste bank d.d. Vienna and superiors to improve dealing with claims in banking business

Internship in Ministry of Finance, Tax administration.
