Working as a IT Systems Analyst where i managed a couple of projects as the project manager and was in the e-Government e Services project where i was the Technical Adviser and was responsible for managing and supporting the HR & Payroll Contract and was providing User support.

Responsible for developing a quality plan, policies, standards and Test Cases etc, and ensuring , directing and monitoring the quality of the software. Responsible for testing the system and identifying Quality improvements and recommending them. Responsible for Packaging the system for deployment and performing necessary configurations.Setting up LAN network for the system demonstration and configuring up the system to the LAN at Hospitals and Clinics. 13. Responsible for installing SQL Server 2005.

Responsible for developing projects plans for the new projects and monitoring their progress, and documenting and gathering the business requirements, requirements elicitation/analysis and solving problems of new and existing systems/software (creation of functional, non functional and technical specifications etc) and analyzing and understanding the existing or new systems and making recommendations for improvement, which included recommending software’s to be used in the development of the system.
