 Technical Team Lead with the development Team, delivering high quality collaboration solutions for Vodafone Global Intranet using SharePoint 2010 / 2013.  Successfully leading team of 7 resources to deliver SharePoint custom solutions for Vodafone Global Intranet.  Minimized development effort / time and to follow best practices, I implemented multiple reusable components.  Enhanced documentation by creating Design Document Template for SharePoint Solutions.

I joined the Architecture Team in position of Team Lead responsible for SharePoint reusable solutions delivery, in addition to provide training & participate in pre-sales activities. I had the opportunity to start the initiative of creating set of reusable SharePoint 2007/2010 Solutions which can be used as a Starter Kit for any SharePoint Portal Projects which helps to speed up all phases of project life-cycle.

Worked as senior software engineer responsible for developing web application projects using ASP.NET and SharePoint 2007.

 I worked on many projects for government sector developing E-Government Services performing design, development, deployment and support for services like,  Online Traffic Services on the Egyptian E-Government Portal for Driving / Car License renewal service and Traffic Fines payment services).  Municipality Services Automation System.
