•Completed redesign of distribution for petrochemical products, achieving targeted annual savings of 1m euro in just six months. •Responsible for 50% of EMEA product availability, exceeding target with profit of 438m euro and supply 4% above business plan. •Formulated short-term planning for 2m tonnes of products for one year, capacity planning and supply / demand balancing. •Worked with Operations to reduce lead times by two weeks and inventory by over 50%, and headed projects to enhance volume mix

•Set up reports for emerging Middle East and Africa (ME&A) market; analysed competitors, identified new business opportunities and created a 15-year strategy.
