Responsible for Procurement, Production, Product Costing and Logistics Controlling. Main achievements: overhaul of monthly Supply Chain Reporting, establishing a comprehensive and consistent annual budget process accross the Supply Chain, refining the approach to product costing and planning (with external consultants), Production legal entity carve out. Leading a team of 15 with six direct reports. Proxy for two Production entities includin Global Procurement and other central SC departments.

Controlling counterpart for Supply Chain Management and Planning&Operations (esp. KPI concepts concerning customer order-to-delivery and Production delivery performance). Also in charge of Logistics Controlling with a focus on global distribution centers in Germany. Creation of a comprehensive Cost Center Accounting and operational KPIs. Support of projects from a financial point of view (DC retro-fit, direct plant shipments, customs programme U.S., etc.). One direct report in Logistics Controlling.

Duties: * Sole Finance representative at the Leverkusen site, part of the local Management Team, dealing with all financial matters regardless of the product group or business function affected Main tasks: * ensure a smooth transition into the new Global Business Unit * handle all financial aspects arising from the site's restructuring program (kicked off in Q3 2015)

Duties: * Site Controlling Leverkusen (production of conductive polymers) as part of the local CO team * Global Controlling for product group Capacitor Polymers within Heraeus Electronics Main tasks during 2015: * establish comprehensive, correct, and consistent Finance framework for the site in a 'dual Business Unit' set-up for the Leverkusen site (Reporting, Forecasting, Budgeting) * represent Finance in the newly established global 'Task Force Capacitor Polymers'

Duties: * Global Business Unit Controlling, Reporting, Coordination & Budgeting * Site Controlling Leverkusen (production of conductive polymers) as part of the local CO team * Site Controlling Hanau (production of PM and NPM pastes & powders) Main tasks during 2014: * implemented a framework for global CO processes within the BU (Reporting, Forecasting, Budgeting) * reorganised cost center hierarchies to the end of increasing cost accounting accuracy to support Operational Excellence activities

Topic of the thesis: Analysis of the profit- and revenue-oriented controlling approach in Financial Controlling at T-Mobile International AG against the background of increasing intensity of competition.
