I was responsible for the development of a management system for monitoring the lifecycle of a device. All necessary information about the product was made available under one platform.I followed a top to bottom approach to design the system, starting from high level concept, requirement analysis, database design and then implementation of the prototype.

I was responsible for operation and management of Linux/Unix servers defining the database of company's customers. do shell scripting to add. delete,search or modify the data as per the need. I had to install new patches released on the servers, fix the disk maintenance issues, perform daily checks to monitor the health of the servers. In case of any hardware contact the vendor for its replacement and provide assistance to customer care to resolve customer issues.
