- Responsible for participating in technical negotiations with customers and vendors, developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with metal AM vendors, powder suppliers. - Investigate metal AM technologies, request quotations, select vendors, issue requisitions, schedule demonstrations, and provide technical recommendations. - Served as the business owner for 3D printing technologies in Turkey, managing all stages from application and sales to the final installation of the machines.

- Leading efforts for customer application development for select verticals like automotive, mobility, aviation, and oil&gas. - Ensuring on-time delivery of customer applications and managing customer satisfaction. - Performing the required prototypes with the suitable additive manufacturing technology, first user of the machines.

- Responsible for the metal injection molding production line which is a powder metallurgy method. - Performing the daily operations of plants ensures reliability and consistency on the production line, managing the new product development process, conducting root cause analysis. - Responsible for the R&D projects which closed successfully: Conducting experimental procedures, analyzing, reporting, and presenting the results, keeping the project on schedule.

Thesis Title: Optimization and simulation of process parameters in 316L stainless parts produced by metal injection molding.
