I was part of customer advocacy which was a new department under service assurance function of technology. The main purpose of the department was to setup a bridge between business and technology to improve the enterprise customer experience. In other words, we were the after sales team who were responsible to grow enterprise customer satisfaction. I had two main roles in the organization.
