1. Analyse the phenotypes of importin alpha7 knockout males 2. Sertoli cell isolation. 3. Looking for the underlying mechanisms which cause the male infertility by realtime PCR to check the expression of the genes which are important for male infertility and spermatogenesis in different germ cells and Sertoli cell populations. 4. Looking for the binding parters of importin alha7 which could be the reason for male infertility by IHC, western blotting and GST pulldown.
