Developing and implementing the operational strategy of the micro mobility company; Overseeing fleet management activities, including procurement, maintenance, repairs, and optimizing the distribution of vehicles in different locations; Collaborating with suppliers and logistics partners to manage the sourcing, procurement, and delivery of vehicles; Implementing quality assurance processes, monitoring service performance, and addressing any issues related to vehicle maintenance or customer support.

Supervising and oversees international operational processes to ensure that services meet quality, efficiency standards and Risk Management in all Streams; Developing relationship with Streams and management, working with them to optimize and enhance the collaboration. Contributing to training and development of the team; Developing plans for team activities to include quality compliance strategy to achieve agreed targets, and effective planning.

Lead departmental budget formulation, execution, monitoring, analysis and reporting activities; Identifying trends and variations, identify/resolve issues, and discuss them with the management, working groups and other relevant staff; Providing reliable and comprehensible information and analysis; Risks in Budget Planning and Budget Control.

Planning, performing and documenting internal audits within Departments, Administration, projects and programs within Ministry; Making comparison tests and checking existing software, analytical cards, payments or other depending from the type of internal audit; Risk analysis; Final report with findings and recommendations and presentation to the leadership.
