Establishment of an upper-secondary qualification (Araratian Baccalaureate) delivered in Armenian language, recognized internationally as equivalent to Cambridge A-levels and Advanced Placement qualifications. Advancing strategic partnerships with the Government, the UCL Institute of Education, Cambridge Assessment and other international partners. Drafting government policies regulating the project (3 key decrees adopted by the Government). Recruitment and staff growth from 10 to 70+ employees.

Led the development and expansion of USAID-supported entrepreneurship development programs from 20 to about 80 key enterprises in 4 sectors (IT, food processing, tourism, health): Assessment of enterprise-level entrepreneurship development needs. Preparation of need-tailored training sessions and post-training evaluations. Recruitment of relevant trainers and mentors from the local and international markets. Establishment of a negotiation program to empower women entrepreneurs.
