• Built the Programme planning structure including, workstreams schedules with interdependencies and integrated plan for SAP S/4 HANA solution implementation. • Provided reporting framework for the SAP programme and contributed in developing governance model of the projects including deliverables, resources, benefits, risk, issue, actions, decisions and changes registry, tracking and monitoring, phase gate QA and EV based progress measurement.

• Develop and configure projects master plan to meet contractual deadlines • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop project and program financial plan and cost estimation and delivery tracking. • Monitor projects through baseline tracking, S-Curves and earned value metrics • Plan resource demand through • Perform delay analysis through liaising with project team to identify corrective/preventive actions.

• Prepare WBS and time schedule of projects, estimate cost and duration, define weight factors, compile resource allocation plan and make baseline plan. • Align project reports data e.g. s-curves, cash flow, invoices in the planning team with engineering inspectors. • Visit subcontractors’ workshop in order to inspect and confirm fabrication progress and variances. • Control steps of manufacturing/purchasing equipment to evaluate progress for procurement phase.
