Support SCB Marketing activities to encourage more students to apply to SCB by posting the vacancies on University websites, upload adverts onto in-country boards and onto international boards, chase candidates at each application stage to quickly complete their online tests, managing candidate interview scheduling across 10+ countries (Botswana, South Africa, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Nigeria, Cameroon, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Tanzania, Qatar, UAE,),invite candidates to self-schedule in phone interviews

-updating database, -uploading documents into system

-Post all open positions on the Client or external careers sites in a timely manner, -direct all candidate applications to the appropriate recruiter for review, -collect feedback from recruiters or hiring managers after interviews, -manage the scheduling of all interviews, -ensuring candidates are fully briefed, -update all candidates on the status of their applications, -communicate feedback from an interviewer
