Co-founder; provided leadership for this printer/converter of printed labels and packaging materials. As CEO, had full responsibility, accountability and decision-making authority for all operational functions; including sales, marketing, finance, customer service, production, IT, the supply-chain and general management. Achieved increasing levels of responsibility starting in equity research as an analyst; in sales as an account executive and in the management of money as a portfolio manager. Managed 200 private accounts. Specialized in identifying undervalued equities and special situations.

Represented the Avery Label Company division selling self-adhesive converted label products to national accounts. Developed creative consultative techniques to gain access to decision makers. Accomplished producer.

Assistant to Vice President Production with responsibilities in pre-press and purchasing. Interacted with vendors to insure timely delivery of mission critical flexible packaging materials. Promoted to inside sales desk.
