Improving torque measurement method on a standard test bench ATLAS

Supervise technicians to perform sub & machine assemblies. Technical Assistance to identify and resolve problems associated with equipment. Execute test, gather & evaluate data to make necessary amendments. Conduct performance testing on products. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues relating to supply of products.

Customer Identification & understanding machine configuration. Analysing machine & component drawings and rest chart preparation for the same. Establish machinery & ensure production materials are obtainable. Assembly inspection as per check list. Process documentation.

Plan & Co-ordinate engineering process on daily basis. Process improvisation to effectively utilize equipment’s & materials and to maximize production. Develop operational strategies to achieve production objectives. Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.
