1. Investigated performance characteristics of different materials for injector pumps (Aluminium and Cast Iron) and quality analysis of injector pump housings from different manufacturers. 2. Successfully eliminated the in-house finishing operations for tensioning lever, by performing quality analysis of the manufacturing and finishing processes of A-type fuel injector pump. Elimination the vibro-deburring micro-finishing operation for pressure spindle leading to cost reduction (Rs. 0.2/ pump).

Successfully conducted failure analysis of engine parts in the 4SP engine assembly line -- specifically connecting rods, by performing root cause analysis and finding measures to eliminate such failures.
