As BI analyst provided support for project of implementation of the new Trade Marketing System and Business Intelligence platform to deliver information to Samsung. Analyze, Desing, and Support in the development of automatic reports with KPIs regarding with sales, inventory, stores traffic, Head count, staff productivity, salary, commission payments, staff turnover, merchandisers routes, attendance on POS by employees and presenting data to supervisors.

As part of the BI team, I am charge to lead the definition and delivery of Business Intelligence solutions, across multiple areas such as Customer service, sales operations and technical operations. Analyze large amounts of data to find correlations, patterns, forecasts, churn, cubes analysis, segmentation, classification and trends.
