General administration of all desktop and laptop systems using web based tools. Remote software deployment and configuration. System performance analysis based on reports. Security analysis and software deployment. Test and integration of new state of the art equipment and software. Troubleshooting and support for new generation hardware and software. Central interface towards external departments e.g. Corporate security, IT development, first and second line support.

I specialized in numerous security surveillance systems from the top suppliers in the market e.g. Boch, Ganz and Videotec. My tasks consisted of: Coordination of the entire after sales services. Test and validate new devices. Maintaining an interface to suppliers for R&D purposes. Remote trouble shooting. Deployment and maintenance at customer premises. Internal training to colleagues. Maintain and improvement of the after­sales process of the company.
