Key Responsibilities: - Supervise all warehousing relevant procedures on board - System Administration onboard of the warehousing system CrunchTime - Coordinate provisioning of (non) food and beverage goods shoreside - Conduct all good relevant inventories on board to ensure SOX compliance - Design, analyze and present cost and revenue reporting to determine effectiveness of operations onboard

Key Responsibilities: - contact person for passengers and crew at night - daily settlements of all bars, restaurants and other onboard revenue centers (e.g. shop, art gallery, casino) - responsible for daily balance and system change - void/reversal control - check guest/system and group accounts - preparing the ship´s stores declaration for port customs - performing my onboard safety duty in compliance with Global HESS and SOLAS

Key responsibilities: - Check- In & Check- Out of passengers and staffs - acting as the main contact point between passengers and back of house departements - ensuring quick and satisfiying handling of guest requests - cash handling and currency exchange (up to five different currencies depending on sailing area) - managing and handling of guest complains - performing my onboard safety function in compliance with Global HESS and SOLAS PMS/Systems/Programs: - Micros - Fidelio Cruise

Key responsibilities: - handling of Check In and Check Out - assisting the room assignment - upselling - practicing concierge / valet service - checking rate and reservation codes - communication between guests and other hotel departments Systems: - Opera - Heartbeat (IHG Feedback Tool)

Key Responsibilities: - sales contact via phone & e-mail - support different sales campaigns - presenting the company product (e.g. webinar, personal visits, phone calls) - working with salesforce
