Responsible for complete vehicle integration of backhoe loaders. Responsible for prototyping, trials and validation. Coordinating with suppliers for proto built parts and fitment trials. Development of different attachments of 2DX & 3DX machine. In house fabrication of proto parts, carry out fitment trials, testing and release of drawings. DFA closures sign offs & implementation of solution agreed upon the same to promote project life cycle.

Responsible for complete vehicle integration of Super -12 Truck and line trials. Development of Proto-Vehicle, Unique parts in-house and at Vendors end. Implementation of VI issues on production line and signoff for final release of part. Supplier follow-ups for proto part development, cost negotiation and finalization. Responsible for development of clutch system for Super-12 model. Interaction with Production team for line trial of vehicle.

Design and development of all types of jigs, fixtures for assembly line and gauges. KAIZEN Implementation, Poka-Yoke Designs. Worked in new projects for installation & development of all tooling. Supplier follow-up and trials for Machine building. Cost estimation, Technical negotiation, P.O. / procurement. Reduction in internal rejection by process improvement and poka yoke design also reduces tooling cost. Designed chuck and adaptors of seaming line, results in 30% cost saving of the tool.
