Responsible of Entecnia India office for technical and administration activities. Working on design and development of braking system (Latest technologies), DFMEA, tolerance stack up, bench marking, VAVE solutions etc for two wheeler braking system, CBS design, MC and Reservoir. Tisax Audit participation.

Worked as a Design & Application Engineer for Brake Boosters with softwares like CATIA V5 (Part Modelling, Drafting, Assembly, Sheet metal design, Surfacing), PTC Windchill & having knowledge of 2D Stack up, GD&T, manufacturing processes for metals, plastics and rubber parts. Also working on Integrated Brake Control (IBC) as a part of Integration team.

Worked as a Design & Development Engineer with softwares like CATIA V5 (Part Modelling, Drafting, Assembly, Sheet metal design, Surfacing), Unigraphics (Drafting), GOM inspection, PTC Windchill & having knowledge of 2D Stack up, GD&T, manufacturing processes for metals, plastics and rubber parts. Also worked as a Onsite Coordinator for offshore team to manage the workflow. Products - Actuation units, brake booster units, vaccum booster, EBB, IBC etc.

My responsibility was to support tier 1 supplier for design and development of Braking systems and testing fixture design, Service brake caliper, disc brake, IPB and EPB.
