Having covered the entire task range of Corporate Communications, IR and B2B-Marketing in an int. environment as an employed manager in the past, I´ve been advising top level management as a freelancer since 2013. Focus is on extraordinary situations such as M&A, restructuring and change processes but also on CEO positioning in media and networks. As business coach I support managers in critical work/life situations to change perspectives, identify and pave new ways and raise their performance potential.

As an honorary board member of the non-profit association I contribute to a better understanding and higher acceptance of industrial production in Germany focussing on the economical and environmental value added that a sustainable high tech industry can deliver.
