- Responsible for the Group-wide roll-out and implementation of the Employee Share Participation program „we share wienerberger“, working in tight coordination with Legal/HR/Finance – Corporate, Business Units and Operations - Tax Management in terms of transfer pricing topics and tax participation management of group companies. - Capital measures – analyzing optimal equity levels in the Group companies.

Responsible for the financials of assigned country portfolio – P&L, Balance sheet; Cash flow; Focal point for Transfer pricing topics; Deferred taxes; Employee benefit plans; Working capital, Risk analysis; Coordination of budget and forecasting cycles; Support local finance teams with their standard reporting tasks and processes; Process improvement projects (e.g. faster closing).

Perform duties as the second control point for all finance related processes such as signings recognition, gross profit analysis, revenue & cost recognition, and delivery issues.Track and analyze contractual revenue & cost recognition, project profitability, pre-tax income, and profit and loss forecasts in accordance with USGAAP for a portfolio worth $113 million annually. Manage the monthly and quarterly financial closings and reporting directly to Business Unit CFO.
