-Prepare & Review all tax returns and assure their accuracy. -Maintains legislative materials by reviewing, interpreting, and implementing new or revised laws. -Ensure complete, timely and accurate accounting for Intercompany transactions. -Request and review monthly intercompany account balance confirmations; investigate and resolve imbalances between entities. -Work with multiple foreign currencies and possess strong knowledge of revaluation concepts.

-Primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule -Cash Reconciliation Statement. - Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures -Analyze revenues, commissions, and expenses to ensure they are recorded and correctly allocated on the PeopleSoft appropriately on a monthly basis. -Adept at reviewing accounting records and other financial data to assess accuracy,

 Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.  Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions.  Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.  Prepare invoices.
