Responsible for the Airbus Plant Hamburg Quality Management System, Process Documentation and Process Audits to maintain the Production Organisation Approval. Managing central Quality Activities as the Reporting of Quality Key Perfomance Indicators, Inspection Planing and Ground Test Procedures on Aircraft Section level.

Manage Quality issues on superior level for the Single Aisle Program. Coordinate and harmonise improvement measures between the various Airbus Plants and the Final Assembly Lines in Hamburg and Toulouse.

Being responsible for the A380 Customer Inspections in the frame of the Aircraft Customer Acceptance and Delivery Process during the production phase and the aircraft delivery in Hamburg. Built up the respective local Processes and Team. Transfer the Customer Inspection Manager Team into a new organisational structure in the frame of a reorganisation.

Built up the Quality Inspection and System Functional Test Processes and Teams in the A380 Final assembly Line in Hamburg. Transfer the Quality Inspection, Ground Test Engineering and Ground Test Execution Organisations from the Project Organisation to the Series Production Organisation

Lead the Project Team to develop Ground Test Instructions and the related Test Infrastructure for System Functional Tets of the A380 Cabin Systems to assure system compliance with the design definition.

Manage and lead major Projects for the modification and retrofit of the entire aircraft fleet. Being the technical representative for aircraft evaluation and purchase. Manage the introduction of a new aircraft type (CRJ200) into the Part 145 Organisation.

Development and industrialisation of Ground Test Instructions for Flight Controls, Auto Pilot and Instrumentation Systems of the A321 during the built up and series production start of the Final Assembly Line. Definition of the required Test Infrastructure, trouble shooting (failure fixing) for complex aircraft sytsem failures.
