As Tribe Lead for the Customer Contact Platform, I co-lead this role with a colleague from customer service, overseeing the strategic direction, governance, and performance of our integrated customer contact ecosystem. As a Venture Architect, I was driving the identification and development of strategic opportunities across various industries (healthcare, e-mobility, real estate, smart building, industrial IoT, education, construction). This involved collaborating closely with stakeholders, conducting in-depth research, and shaping innovative solutions from concept to successful execution.
As a Digital Transformation Expert at Zeppelin, I was instrumental in reshaping business landscape by developing and executing digital strategies that drove innovation and growth. I crafted transformative roadmaps and worked closely with our core business units to align them with the digital vision.
