Responsible for: - The project preparation, including project planning, selection of the Key-user teams and the housing of the project site in Viersen (GE). - The determination of the required project budget (CapEx). - The project execution in the Fit & Gap phase, Development & Customization phase, User Acceptance Testing phase and Implementation phase. - The after care in the Post Go-Live phase. - The budget monitoring and project documentation.

Responsible for: - Managing 60 employees in purchasing, production, production planning, quality assurance, maintenance and warehouse & dispatching. - Restructuring the SCM organization. From centralized into decentralized. - The S&OP planning and the reallocation of international inventories with agreed upon SLA’s. - The introduction of a new range of professional channels, produced with the sheet molding compound technique. - The implementation of the SAP R3 ERP system, the modules SD, MM and PP.

Responsible for: - Managing 7 department- and project leaders and 55 logistical employees and truck drivers indirectly. - Monitoring the daily progress of the order picking and shipping processes in the central warehouse and the regional support centres. - The introduction of overnight istribution. - The logistical organization of three local distribution centres. - The initiation, planning, implementation and monitoring of projects.

Responsible for: - The daily operations of the purchasing and logistics department. - The purchase and supply of intermediate goods and packaging materials. - Managing the outsourced production. - Achieving the agreed logistical KPI’s.

Responsible for: - The purchase and supply of raw materials and semi-finished products. - Inventory control of raw materials, semi-finished goods and finished products. - The planning of the production. - Coordinating the internal transport and the physical distribution. - The implementation of the ERP system Triton, the modules Inventory, Purchasing, Production Planning and Distribution.

Responsible for: - The purchase of raw materials, commercial and technical articles. - The planning for one of the production departments. - The stock control. - Subcontracting to third parties. - The routing and lay-out of the production areas and warehouse.
