• Engineered SW modules in C, tailored to meet the requirements of ASIL-B and ASIL-C safety platforms, adhering to ISO26262. • Utilized Enterprise Architect to craft detailed designs for safety SW-modules and conducted thorough reviews of the architecture and code of other modules to ensure compliance and quality. • Evaluated and qualified development tools in alignment with safety and reliability standards, ensuring all tools met the necessary Tool Confidence Level (TCL) requirements.

• I4.0 Project: CISS Kit (Connected Industry Sensor Solution Kit) - Directed a distributed SW Development Team (8 HC across 3 countries) utilizing Agile Scrum methodologies. - Designed the Security Concept in Enterprise Architect with a focus on Over-The-Air and wired update capabilities, incorporating a third-party security library for robust protection. - Conducted functional testing of USB and BLE communications through python scripting to ensure reliable data transmission.

-Developed drivers for measurement instruments in standalone solutions and dll-based releases integrated to a test automation framework based on the scripting language Lua. -Built ASIC and MEMS sensor test-benches with custom HW instruments and specific SW solutions -Generated test results and Measurement System Analysis reports for automotive sensors and their test -benches

•Developing Core Firmware for remote terminal units on a Freescale MK20 MCU. The units are interfaces for the acquisition of a variety of signals: Pulses (S0 Standard), Voltage, Current and Temperature (PT1000, PT100). •Maintaining and improving acquisition and reporting algorithms in a distributed CANbus and Modbus network. •Implemented an industrial system which uploads Firmware to the embedded targets, performs sanity checks, and performs the Analog input calibration to ensure measurement accuracy.

•Developed HW/SW solutions to optimize the products repair process. •Implemented a desktop software(VB) that communicates with the PS4 console and retrieves the error log. •Conceived a HDD low level-operation machine, handling 10 hard drives in parallel and reporting the progression and the final status to a web server through Ethernet. •Developed a standalone PS4 tester that implements console quick-sorting algorithm and reports test results to a 7-inch touch screen and a distant server through WiFi.

•Implemented a BMS hardware with a Master/Slave architecture fitted with passive balancing features. •Embedded a Real Time kernel to the Master for task scheduling. •Tested the solution with different battery chemistries (Lead Acid and Li-ion). •Integrated different LCD libraries to the system.

•Developed and installed a supervisory SCADA system for energy and security control including multiple MODBUS Slaves and a Master Gateway communicating via an RS485 network (using temperature, current and flame sensors).
