An expertise contract for creating a strategy on International Cooperation within the framework of a multiannual project. I provided assistance for drafting and implementing a joint International cooperation strategy for the Ecuadorian subnational government levels. This included the organisation and chairing meetings of the Ecuadorian Subnational Associations with the participation of UN and AECID representatives
