Employed in Tyre Bus Radial division , my job was to study the process and analyse the ways to increase capacity . I also worked very closely with Quality Assurance team in analysis of customer complaints and 8D report filing, During my tenure in company i also got the opportunity to contribute towards Bekaert Manufacturing System and other projects like implementation of automatic torsion measurement system, Improper weld detector.

Working as a project intern during graduation period, i had the opportunity to develop a device for car door latch testing. The device had to be developed from sketch and it also required high degree of accuracy and precision. During this project i was tested on the grounds of innovation, selection of sensors and linear actuator, interfacing of sensors,CAD designing of the support structure of latch and also on teamwork because the project was to be completed in a group of four.
