The Leela Palace Kempinski, Bangalore is the flagship hotel of the company and has been adjudged as the World’s Best Overseas Business Hotel in 2007 by Condé Nast Traveler (www.theleela.com). I am responsible for the overall grooming and development of the kitchen trainees, behavioral and technical, and ready them for handling kitchens of the new opening hotels.
