· Support to line management of the Engineering, Projects, Sales and Marketing departments in the implementation and follow-up of HR policies, structure and practices; · Development of effective structures, systems and skills to support their business goals and talent requirements; · Management of the recruitment processes, working collaboratively with line managers to identify skills gap and to ensure timely, cost effective and quality recruitment;

· Development and management of a clients portfolio in Industry (85% companies in German-speaking part of Switzerland); visits at customers in western and German-speaking part of Switzerland; · Support to customers on talents needs assessment, job function definition and candidates profile description; · Lead on the complete selection process, from recruitment to contract negotiation including the followup during the probationary period;
