I served as a Sales Officer for the Corporate Trust group responsible for developing new business from bond issuers in North & South Carolina, partricularly with municipalities, hospitals, colleges & universities, state government authorities and corporations. Developing and managing relationships with key influencers is also a critical aspect of this job function. Face-face calling and cold calls are a regular part of this job.

Responsible for managing the Bond Administration office in North Carolina and South Carolina with a total of 13 direct reports. Minimized potential liability to bank through proactive review/analysis of risk reports, discussion and teaching with relationship managers and adherence to policies and procedures.
