Project Manager / Senior Business Analyst ERP Project, Enavate I managed the rollout of Dynamics AX to the Italian Business Unit of Arrow ECS, as part of a Europe wide programme. This has involved determining the activities that needed to be undertaken, documenting these activities in a Schedule of work and obtaining client sign-off for the work.

I am a successful consultant with a unique blend of experience on large business transformation projects. I undertake high quality business change, business analysis, project management and project start up initiatives- to help organisations deliver their desired change programme goals. I have extensive experience of working on business transformation projects across a range of industries.

I designed and documented the subject access request, data breach and privacy by design processes on the EU-GDPR project at Edinburgh airport. This involved working with key stakeholders to understand requirements and identify how they can be introduced alongside existing processes across the whole airport.

My role on the EU GDPR project was to elicit and document requirements for the GDPR rights request management solution, Breach Management process and Corporate GDPR system requirements. Working with stakeholders from around the world I have rapidly produced a large number of documents which have helped clarify problem areas and enable solution design decisions to be made and converted into a working prototype system

Heineken UK was transforming their customer management experience for pub and bar operators. I worked with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the sales team, customer hub and back office teams to understand and document their processes, pain points and needs in order to determine the data they required access to in order to fulfil their roles more effectively.

At this global life science organisation I working with stakeholders throughout the organisation to: implement a framework for documentation of the processes for the organisation. I also managed a team of business analysts, developed a master-list of processes and a system blueprint (processes, Oracle modules, legacy systems and interfaces). This work was used to ensure the Oracle system integrated the requirements for the whole business and facilitated the effective testing of the solution.

Whilst working for Searchlight Consulting I undertook high quality change analyst roles on a variety of business transformation projects. These roles included strategic plan development and Oracle ERP system implementation work. On all assignments I played a pivitol role to deliver the project and worked with a wide range of stakeholders.

During my involvement in the NMC transformation project I documented the requirements for a contact centre solution focused on providing an improved service for the UK’s nurses and midwives. I also developed a roadmap for the contact centre implementation, gathered data for the information systems strategy, contributed to the development of the technology refresh roadmap and provided guidance on the definition of the scope for several other key transformation initiatives.

During the implementation of an Oracle Retail system I worked as the change analyst within the Finance project team. I was responsible for ensuring the finance team was ready for go live. This involved developing and managing a go live implementation plan. I also worked with the Finance team to complete several of the project deliverables; job descriptions, organisational design, quick reference guides, training material and stakeholder presentation material.
