As Creative Manager, I led the design department and drove the creative strategy for branding, campaigns, and video-based advertising at a leading cross-media marketer. I oversaw the visual identity across all touchpoints and developed impactful visual stories for TV, digital, and programmatic platforms in collaboration with marketing, sales, and media partners. By steering concept development, design execution, and production workflows, I strengthened brand presence and boosted campaign performance.
At Wholey Organics, I led visual branding and creative design across packaging, digital channels, and campaigns. I managed the full creative production of TEDx Kassel 2023, boosting the event’s reach and brand visibility. As a digital designer for Jan Köppen, I created tailored content that strengthened his online presence. I was responsible for the visual and creative development of communication measures to promote occupational safety and health in the construction industry. I managed internal stakeholders and external agencies to implement clear, effective campaigns for print, digital and event formats. Through consistent brand management and target group-oriented design, I increased the reach and comprehensibility of safety-related messages, significantly supporting the mission of accident prevention & employee health.
